P	Paola D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato Marcello ed Elena per " inserire" una nuova cagnolina nella nostra famiglia dal momento che avevamo già un cagnolino dal carattere un po geloso e a volte mordace. Da subito mi sono sentita accolta, capita e mai giudicata nonostante commetessi diversi errori. Loro hanno fatto da ponte tra noi e il nostro cagnolino spiegandoci che cosa lui ci volesse dire comportandosi così e che cosa avremmo potuto fare noi per comprenderlo meglio. Dopo due mesi arrivò questa nuova cagnolina, una creatura spaventata da tutto e da tutti.Anche in questa occasione non mi sono mai sentita sola perché Marcello ed Elena ci sono stati vicini consigliandoci e supportandoci sempre.Si sono resi disponibili a venire a casa nostra( cosa peraltro che non tutti fanno)e mai una sola volta hanno guardato l orologio ma si sono sempre dati tanto anche piu di quello che avrebbero dovuto. Per questo per noi sono due persone speciali a livello umano ,non solo come educatori. Consiglio un percorso con loro solo a chi ha voglia di cambiare davvero mettendosi in discussione, perché loro non hanno la bacchetta magica e e il cane non è un oggetto che si plasma e usa a proprio piacimento ma un individuo come noi che merita tutto il nostro rispetto e una volta che ci vengono date le basi il lavoro più lungo lo dobbiamo fare noi I contacted Marcello and Elena to "insert" a new dog in our family since we already had a dog with a slightly jealous and sometimes biting character. I immediately felt welcomed, understood and never judged despite having made several mistakes. They acted as a bridge between us and our little dog by explaining what he meant to us by behaving like this and what we could have done to understand him better. After two months this new dog arrived, a creature frightened by everything and everyone. Also on this occasion I never felt alone because Marcello and Elena were close to us, always advising and supporting us. They made themselves available to come to our house ( which, moreover, not everyone does) and never once have they looked at the watch but they have always given themselves much more than they should have. This is why for us they are two special people on a human level, not just as educators. I recommend a path with them only to those who really want to change by questioning themselves, because they do not have a magic wand and the dog is not an object that is shaped and used at will but an individual like us who deserves all our respect. and once we are given the basics, we have to do the longest work

In a magical place, where positive energy reigns supreme, Elena and Marcello follow you step by step to help you solve your "problems" with quadrupeds. Trust them, follow their advice and you will achieve a relationship with your dog made of love, serenity and mutual understanding.
