R	Red Eagle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo voluto "provare" la nuova pizzeria con tre margherite,due diavole e quanche crocchè...che dire,dallo scetticismo della possibile ,ennesima ,pizzeria mediocre/sufficiente siamo passati allo stupore dopo i primi assaggi. Pizze ottime negli ingredienti,impasto e cottura,leggere e digeribilisssime; solitamente non mangiamo il "cornicione" ma questa volta era tutto da gustare Voto : 10...i crocchè ottimi che si scioglievano in bocca Voto : 9,5..non do il 10 perchè con un pizzico di pepe in più (per i miei gusti). Visto la giovane età del pizzaiolo faccio i miei complimenti. A presto. Ebbene devo dire che stasera ho mangiato la pizza più buona di capodrise e Marcianise. Davvero ottima, dall'impasto, al condimento alla cottura. Bravi ragazzi continuate così e sicuramente vi rintaglierete il vostro posto al sole in questo affollato settore... Ci riveddreemo presto per assaggiare un altra pizza! Ho preso la "Verde Speranza" : Vellutata di Zucchine al Pepe Nero, Fior di Latte, Provola Affumicata, Pancetta Arrotolata, Chips di Zucchine Croccanti, Fili di Peperoncino . Veramente buona, ingredienti top e bellissima anche da vedere ! Bravi ! Very good pizza. Ottimi gli sfizi fritti crocché artigianale con 100% patate. Buonissimo anche il macinato dell'arancino, insomma tornerò presto , se siete in zona qui farete centro.
