(Terza volta) che mi è successa sta cosa e sinceramente non ho capito il senso della prenotazione se poi aspettate che arrivi il cliente, dite direttamente che questo servizio non c'è anziché far incazzare la gente. Il personale poi disattento e poco aperto al contatto con la gente...la pizza buona ma tutto il resto non va. Do not call to book the pizzas because even if they tell you the time for which they could be ready, when you arrive at the pizzeria they tell you "now is it" ... ? (Third time) what happened to me is what I honestly did not understand the sense of booking if you then wait for the customer to arrive, say directly that this service is not there instead of pissing people off.
