Fino a che ho fatto la tessera sembrava davvero avessero preso a cuore la situazione poi... non si ricordavano più né il nome né chi ero. Che dire dell'appuntamento con la loro avvocata mai avvenuto perché dato che già un'ora prima aveva finito la fila se ne era andata (io avevo un consiglio di classe e avevo pure chiesto un permesso per questo appuntamento). Molto gentile la telefonata e molto cortese... Mi sento rispondere che la colpa era mia perché ero in ritardo (!) e altre cose carine che facevano riferimento alla gratuità del servizio e che se non mi piaceva la cosa allora potevo rivolgermi ai privati. Mah. Bella tutela e bel modo di bistrattare gli insegnanti. Ovviamente nonostante avessimo dovuto concordare un altro appuntamento non mi hanno più richiamata, nemmeno per scusarsi del disguido o per sapere come è finita o manco per sapere perché non sono più andata! Certo non me l'aspettavo. Mi sono rivolta ad altri, perché ho le mie risorse come tutti, peccato che io avessi confidato in un sindacato perché ci credo in questa istituzione mica perché non avevo da chi andare! Non disdico l'iscrizione per rispetto dell'istituzione appunto, ma ci sto pensando... Terrifying experience. I approached them for a sensitive issue with my entry into the role. Until I got the card, they really seemed to have taken the situation to heart then ... they no longer remembered my name or who I was. What about the appointment with their lawyer that never happened because since an hour before she had finished the line she was gone (I had a class council and I had also asked for permission for this appointment). The phone call was very kind and very courteous ... I hear the answer that it was my fault because I was late (!) And other nice things that referred to the free service and that if I didn't like it then I could turn to private individuals. Mah. Nice protection and a nice way to mistreat teachers. Obviously, despite having had to agree on another appointment, they never called me back, not even to apologize for the inconvenience or to find out how it ended or even to know why I no longer went! I certainly didn't expect it. I turned to others, because I have my resources like everyone else, too bad that I had trusted in a union because I believe in this institution, not because I had no where to go! I'm not canceling my registration out of respect for the institution, but I'm thinking about it ...
