Che dire, Andrea (il titolare mi pare si chiami così) è un mago nel trattare il cliente cordialmente e farlo sentire a casa. Il locale ha solo un difetto, che non mangio quasi più hamburger da altre parti dopo aver provato i loro. Lo stra consiglio. I went there for the first time to eat because a friend works there. Da subito sono stato accolto con il sorriso e Andrea si è prodigato per assecondare le mie richieste. Nonostante ci fossero diverse persone prima di me, dopo 10 minuti era tutto pronto. Servizio eccellente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho mangiato uno hamburger “Fellini”. La qualità ottima degli ingredienti si sentiva subito: pane con il sesamo molto morbido ma allo stesso tempo la cottura gli ha dato una fragranza molto piacevole al palato. La carne veramente ottima, di prima scelta. Cottura perfetta. La pietanza era accompagnata da un contorno di patatine, salate e croccanti al punto giusto. Posso dire senza timore che Silvia ai fornelli si è distinta. Se capiti al parco Fellini di Gambettola non puoi non fermarti a mangiare un Hamburger da Silvia e Andrea.
