★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le piadine sono OTTIME. Frequento da alcuni anni l 'angolo della Piada e ho avuto modo di apprezzare varie tipologie di piadine. Sono veramente molto buone anche quelle di kamut! Gli ingredienti sono freschi e abbondanti. Sono addirittura più buone di quelle che ho avuto modo di provare in diverse piadinerie dell'Emilia Romagna. Le 5 stelle sono meritatissime!
The wraps are EXCELLENT. For some years I have frequented the corner of the Piada and I have had the opportunity to appreciate various types of piadine. The kamut ones are also very good! The ingredients are fresh and abundant. They are even better than the ones I have had the chance to try in different piadinerias in Emilia Romagna. The 5 stars are well deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima piadineria nel centro di Novara che si distingue senza dubbio dalle grandi catene per la qualità e la freschezza delle materie utilizzate. Sedendosi al bancone dopo aver ordinato, si può tranquillamente osservare la mitica Patty che trasforma una pagnottina di impasto in una piadina, tirandola col mattarello per poi cuocerla sulla grande piastra. La varietà di combinazioni proposte è impressionante, e sono tutte una più buona dell'altra. La mia preferita è senz'altro la grill, un rotolo con petto di pollo, insalata, formaggio e salsa barbecue. Anche gli impasti sono svariati: normale, kamut, integrale, con farina di mais... Se si preferisce un'insalata, è possibile ordinare un cestino di piadina, rigorosamente fatto al momento, che viene riempito con insalate miste, tonno, pomodori, formaggio e tanto altro in base ai propri gusti. E ovviamente non mancano una sfilza di piadine dolci alla nutella, frutta, cocco e tanto altro ideali come dessert ma anche come merenda. Insomma, l'Angolo Piada é senz'altro il posto ideale per un pranzo veloce ma super sfizioso che grazie alla varietà di proposte non stanca e non delude mai. Assolutamente consigliatissimo!!!!
Excellent piadineria in the center of Novara which undoubtedly stands out from the big chains for the quality and freshness of the materials used. Sitting at the counter after ordering, you can safely observe the legendary patty that transforms a loaf of dough into a flatbread, rolling it with a rolling pin and then cooking it on the large plate. The variety of combinations proposed is impressive, and they are all better than the other. My favorite is definitely the grill, a roll with chicken breast, salad, cheese and barbecue sauce. Even the doughs are varied: normal, kamut, wholemeal, with corn flour ... If you prefer a salad, you can order a basket of flatbread, strictly made at the moment, which is filled with mixed salads, tuna, tomatoes, cheese and much more according to your tastes. And of course there is no shortage of sweet wraps with Nutella, fruit, coconut and much more ideal as a dessert but also as a snack. In short, the Piada Corner is undoubtedly the ideal place for a quick but super tasty lunch which, thanks to the variety of proposals, never tires and never disappoints. Absolutely highly recommended !!!!
