★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato sul sito un PC assemblato con delle richieste di modifiche di alcuni componenti. Dopo il pagamento ho ricevuto conferma dell'ordine. Dopo alcuni giorni ho chiamato per avere conferma avessero ricevuto l'ordine e mi è stato comunicato erano già in fase di assemblaggio. Dopo qualche giorno è arrivato come da specifiche. Tutto rapido, veloce ed esattamente come avevo chiesto. Ho acquistato solo una volta (per ora), ma mi sento di consigliarlo.
I ordered a PC assembled on the site with requests for modifications of some components. After the payment I received the order confirmation. After a few days I called to confirm they had received the order and I was informed they were already in the assembly phase. After a few days it arrived as per specifications. All fast, fast and exactly as I asked for. I have only purchased once (for now), but I feel I can recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato il PC 2 settimane e mezzo fa per il compleanno del mio ragazzo ed è arrivato con un leggero ritardo (ma stiamo parlando di un assemblato, è ovvio che possa subire qualche ritardo per via delle componenti singole che magari sono più difficili da ottenere) in perfette condizioni e pronto all'uso, la ragazza che mi ha accolto gentilissima e disponibile.
Il mio ragazzo è rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del regalo che gli ho fatto, consiglio a chi ama il gaming di fare un salto in questo negozio in quanto incredibilmente fornito e per il personale davvero accogliete e preparato. Tornerò sicuramente per acquistare un tablet per me a breve.
I ordered the PC 2 and a half weeks ago for my boyfriend's birthday and it arrived with a slight delay (but we are talking about an assembly, it is obvious that it can suffer some delay due to the individual components that may be more difficult to obtain) in perfect condition and ready to use, the girl who welcomed me was very kind and helpful.
My boyfriend was extremely satisfied with the gift I gave him, I recommend to those who love gaming to visit this shop as it is incredibly well-stocked and the staff are really welcoming and prepared. I will definitely be back to buy a tablet for myself shortly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo nelle vicinanze di Valverde un negozio di informatica ed ho trovato questo negozio grazie a Google Maps perché reduce di brutte esperienze post vendita da una catena famosa e non ho voluto più acquistare altro perché non mi sono sentito per niente seguito per l'assistenza del prodotto in garanzia. Inutile dire che le 5 stelle sono più che meritate sia per la disponibilità che per la professionalità, e i prezzi sono leggermente più alti dei grandi negozi ma niente di esorbitante, ma ci sta perché capisco che un piccolo negozio non prende in blocco massiccio come le grandi catene, però il rapporto umano e l'attenzione che ti dà un negozio privato (e l'ho capito a mie spese), vale quegli euro in più perché prova a lasciarti contento e a fidelizzarti. Mi sono trovato bene e sicuramente ritornerò e lo consiglierò a chiunque in zona come me cerca a chi potersi affidare.
I was looking for a computer shop in the vicinity of Valverde and I found this shop thanks to Google Maps because it was back from bad post-sales experiences from a famous chain and I didn't want to buy anything else because I didn't feel at all followed for product assistance warranty. Needless to say, the 5 stars are more than deserved for both availability and professionalism, and the prices are slightly higher than the big shops but nothing exorbitant, but it fits because I understand that a small shop does not take as massive a block as the big ones. chains, but the human relationship and the attention that a private shop gives you (and I understood this at my expense), is worth those extra euros because it tries to leave you happy and build loyalty. I had a good time and will certainly return and recommend it to anyone in the area like me looking for who they can rely on.
