Per prima cosa, nel momento in cui ho detto come volevo che fosse, il dipendente, che avrebbe dovuto servirmi, si è abbassato la mascherina in modo molto maleducato, non avrebbe dovuto abbassarla mentre ero davanti a lui, e “non ha voluto fare” la piadina come gli avevo richiesto, perché volevo mettere più insaccati (non posso mettere il salame con il prosciutto cotto? Oppure il tacchino?). Mi sono rassegnata e non ho detto nulla, ho preso una semplice piadina con prosciutto cotto e pomodori. Mi è arrivata, calda, sì, ma abbastanza cruda, dopo un sacco di minuti di attesa, e l’ho anche pagata 6.50 €. Nel mentre che la faceva, mi chiedeva quasi in modo ossessivo se volessi salse (ripetutamente, dopo che gli rispondevo di no più volte) o altro. Era la prima volta che ci andavo e mai mi sarei aspettata questo comportamento. Può darsi che fosse solo lui il problema, le altre dipendenti non mi hanno degnata di uno sguardo praticamente ?. Per la mia esperienza, sconsigliatissimo. Ci sono ben altri posti in cui si può mangiare meglio (e a più basso prezzo). Non penso ci metterò più piede dopo oggi. While he was doing it, he would ask me almost obsessively if I wanted sauces (repeatedly, after I answered no several times) or something else. It was the first time I went there and I never expected this behavior. Maybe it was just him who was the problem, the other employees practically didn't give me a look ?. In my experience, highly discouraged. There are other places where you can eat better (and at a lower price). I don't think I'll set foot in it again after today. Begin to respect the choices, tastes and requests of customers.

Poi magari a listino il servizio risulta differente, ma a quel punto basta non fare questi coupon... Calice di vino nebbiolo buono, ma tagliere niente di che e quantità minima, nemmeno da aperitivo. Come detto non vale il prezzo dichiarato. La zona e il locale comunque belli. I went there with a coupon and the service was worth just what I paid.
