Ho comunicato telefonicamente e per messaggio al negozio e mi hanno chiesto di inviare le foto. Non avendo ricevuto nessuna risposta, ho inviato ulteriori messaggi rimasti purtroppo senza riscontro. Assistenza post- vendita inesistente, cosa inammissibile per chi vende prodotti on line.
In March I bought ALESSI objects online and upon arrival I found a defect on one of them. I communicated by phone and by message to the shop and they asked me to send the photos. Not having received any reply, I sent further messages which unfortunately remained unanswered. Post-sales assistance non-existent, which is inadmissible for those who sell products online.

Until now, I did not get them and now the shop is completely silent.
Order QPJRHTJQZ.
As per our conversation with the shop, they sent the order, but nobody received it and shipping company returned it back. Ok, might happen. Even though, I have not received messages/calls from shipping company.
The tracking number that they provided is untrackable even in the website of courier company.
After that, I wrote to them via email and got their Whatsapp number. Asked them to send it again.
For some time, they replied to my messages, saying they will get in contact with shipping company and update me.
Later, communication from their side stopped both via email and whatsapp. See screenshot attached.
I don't recommend ordering anything from their website since it seems like they are scamming.
