K	Klaus Amrehn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir haben uns zum Coronatest angemeldet, hier haben wir keine Mail als Bestätigung erhalten, dann haben wir mehrfach versucht telefonisch in den Öffnungszeiten durchzukommen, das hat nicht geklappt, danach haben wir einen Rückruf erhalten und der Termin wurde 2 Stunden auf 07.15 Uhr vorverlegt. Wir waren pünktlich da und der Test wurde durchgeführt, der Hinwies, mit der fehlenden Bestätigung wurde mit, wir bekommen eine SMS beantwortet, damit geht das in Ordnung. Nach ca. 45 Minuten kam dann auch die SMS, jedoch immer noch keine Mail. Dann haben wir versucht die Praxis telefonisch zu erreichen, das war wiederum nicht möglich. Danach sind wir wiederum in der Praxis vorbeigefahren, hier war niemand mehr da. Somit war der Test zwar bezahlt aber für uns nicht verfügbar. Wir sind dann nach längerer Suche in Schlanders in der Apotheke fündig geworden, hier haben wir den Test nochmals durchgeführt und nochmals bezahlt, da hat alles geklappt. Zusammenfassung, nicht nur Dienstleistungsangebot, sondern auch die eigentliche Dienstleistung oder Verfügbarkeit wäre toll! Mfg. K.A. We have registered for the corona test, we did not receive a confirmation email, then we tried several times to get through the opening hours by phone, that did not work, after which we received a callback and the appointment was brought forward 2 hours to 7.15 a.m. We were there on time and the test was carried out, the hint that the missing confirmation was answered with, we got an SMS answered, that's okay. After about 45 minutes the SMS came, but still no mail. Then we tried to reach the practice by phone, but that was again not possible. Then we drove by the practice again, nobody was there anymore. So the test was paid for but not available to us. After a long search in Schlanders, we found what we were looking for in the pharmacy, here we carried out the test again and paid again, and everything worked out.
