La garanzia per le aziende e di un solo anno ma se tu acquisti lo stesso prodotto con Amazon Business hai due anni di garanzia. Il servizio di riparazione e scarso e vi chiedono soldi in anticipo se fuori garanzia. In più si Amazon paghi 20 sennò 30 % di meno. Quindi vai su Amazon che risparmi. Ma se sei un’azienda e cerchi roba veramente professionale ti consiglio i prodotti HILTI! Saranno pure cari ma come azienda sono seri e con il miglior servizio clienti al mondo. Lascio questa recensione in quanto ho avuto solo esperienze negative con loro per quanto riguarda Milwakee. Ripeto per il resto non posso lamentarmi, visto che ho smesso di frequentarli, come ferramenta, 18 anni fa. C’è stato sicuramente un motivo anche all’epoca.
They may be good but I advise against buying Milwakee products from them. The warranty for companies is only one year but if you buy the same product with Amazon Business you have a two-year warranty. The repair service is poor and they ask you for money upfront if out of warranty. Plus you Amazon pay 20 or 30% less. So go to Amazon you save. But if you are a company and are looking for truly professional stuff, I recommend HILTI products! They may be expensive but as a company they are serious and with the best customer service in the world. I leave this review as I have only had bad experiences with them regarding Milwakee. I repeat for the rest I can not complain, since I stopped attending them, as a hardware store, 18 years ago. There was certainly a reason even at the time.
