Sono persone squisite e di cuore e non solo semplici venditori. Hanno saputo gestire benissimo una compravendita a distanza a causa di covid-19. Sempre attenti al cliente e pronti a venirmi incontro. Disponibili per chiarimenti addirittura in giorni di festa. Davvero, se dovete comprare un'auto nella zona di Trento (o anche da altre regioni come me), Angeli Auto è il concessionario che fa al caso vostro!
I purchased a Fiat 500 in this showroom. Marco, Alessandra, Paolo and all the collaborators are very kind and very professional. They are exquisite and warm-hearted people and not just simple sellers. They have been able to manage a remote sale very well because of covid-19. Always attentive to the customer and ready to meet me. Available for clarification even on holidays. Really, if you have to buy a car in the Trento area (or even from other regions like me), Angeli Auto is the dealer for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso Angeli Auto ho acquistato una Suzuki Vitara Hybrid a settembre 2020. L'esperienza che ho avuto è totalmente positiva.
PRO:
+ Con pazienza mi hanno presentato e fatto guidare l'auto e l'allestimento che cercavo, senza propormi nulla che non mi servisse (optional, finanziamento, ecc.).
+ Hanno presentato tempestivamente le pratiche per l'eco bonus statale, ottenendo con successo il contributo che spettava alla mia auto.
+ Hanno sempre risposto in un tempo ragionevole, con chiarezza e cortesia ai miei messaggi email e alle mie telefonate.
+ La consegna dell'auto da parte della casa ha subito un imprevisto ritardo di due settimane ed io dovevo partire per le ferie: mi hanno prestato un'auto di (autentica) cortesia.
+ La concessionaria si trova in un contesto meraviglioso (fra due laghi) dove trascorrere con piacere il tempo di un tagliando o di un cambio gomme.

At Angeli Auto I bought a Suzuki Vitara Hybrid in September 2020. The experience I had is totally positive.
PRO:
+ With patience they introduced me and let me drive the car and the equipment I was looking for, without offering me anything that I didn't need (options, financing, etc.).
+ They promptly submitted the paperwork for the state eco bonus, successfully obtaining the contribution that was due to my car.
+ They always responded in a reasonable time, with clarity and courtesy to my emails and phone calls.
+ The delivery of the car by the house suffered an unexpected delay of two weeks and I had to leave for the holidays: they lent me a car of (authentic) courtesy.
+ The dealership is located in a wonderful setting (between two lakes) where you can spend the time of a service or a tire change with pleasure.

Auto poi consegnata in luogo, data e ora preventivamente concordati (abito distante dalla località in cui si trova Angeli Auto), tutto andato liscio come l’olio, venditore serio e di parola, affidabilissimo.
Very positive shopping experience, ordered a new car practically in a poke, by exchanging emails, without ever having been on site. Car then delivered in the place, date and time previously agreed (I live far from the locality where Angeli Auto is located), everything went smoothly as oil, serious and speaking seller, very reliable.
