Per non parlare dei capelli, avevo chiesto una rosa fatta con le trecce, aveva pure il video tutorial da YouTube, vi dico solo che per come è uscita, e per quanto ho pagato era meglio se me la facevo uguale a casa mia. Il mio compleanno è stato di domenica, tanto è vero che gli ho detto "lo so che siete chiusi, se non è possibile fa nulla, provo da qualche altra parte" è venuta in ritardo all'appuntamento....poteva semplicemente dirmi che aveva da fare. Non si prende un impegno e si viene in ritardo. Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei. Sono tornata a casa piangendo...
