Ti fanno firmare i documenti per prendere i contributi dello Stato, dicono di aver visitato la struttura poi si scopre che nè la struttura nè il tipo di lavoro va bene per un disabile e quando il lavoratore è costretto a rifiutare il lavoro non si fanno mai + sentire e non ti propongono altro. Nè loro nè i datori di lavoro sanno cos'è un disabile.
They call you because the employer has already selected you and shower you with flattery and compliments for the nice resume. They make you sign the documents to take the state contributions, they say they have visited the facility then it turns out that neither the facility nor the type of work is good for a disabled person and when the worker is forced to refuse the job they are never done + feel and offer you nothing else. Neither they nor their employers know what a disabled person is.
