Y	Ylenia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo! Il pacco è arrivato dopo una settimana nonostante ci era stato detto che sarebbe arrivato nell'arco di tre-quattro giorni. Quei deficienti dei fattorini hanno lasciato il pacco fuori dal luogo di destinazione senza avvisare (come se fosse spazzatura). Non vi dico che dentro era tutto marcio visto il tempo trascorso. La ragazza che fa le pratiche non è descivibile con parole gentili. Poco professionale che prende in giro la clientala con le peggiori cavolte mai sentite. Mai più spedirei con voi nemmeno uno spillo. Senza parole. It sucks! The parcel arrived after a week despite being told that it would arrive within three to four days. Le mie spedizioni con loro sono arrivate sempre a destinazione in tempi brevi anche in periodi pieni come quello di oggi, Natale. Solo una volta ho avuto un grosso problema di recapito ma...Bisogna tener presente che nelle varie destinazioni i vettori si intersecano ed anche loro rimanendo responsabili del pacco non possono avere gli occhi su chi consegna. In quel frangente mi hanno aiutata molto facendomi avere addirittura il nr. telefonico dell'uomo che aveva ''consegnato'' a modo suo, tentando con molta evidenza di fregare il pacco. Ma vi giuro che se ne sentì delle belle e gli dissi che se fosse successo di nuovo lo avrei denunciato! Ma è stato l'unico inconveniente seppur grave. Alla signora di prima dico che avrebbe dovuto far così anche lei: risalire all'agenzia che aveva avuto il pacco in consegna e da lì alla persona che aveva consegnato...e ricoprirlo di improperi! La cosa che non mi piace è che in caso di smarrimento del pacco ti pagano la cosa con 1 Euro al Kg. e magari dentro hai 100 Euro di valore! I don't feel like condemning them so heavily. But I swear to you that he felt good and I told him that if it happened again I would report him! But it was the only drawback, albeit a serious one. I tell the lady from before that she should have done this too: go back to the agency that had received the package and from there to the person who had delivered it ... and cover him with insults! The thing I don't like is that in case of loss of the package they pay you the thing with 1 Euro per Kg. And maybe inside you have 100 Euro of value!

Il pacco conteneva diversi generi alimentari che naturalmente sono deperiti e in tutto ciò non mi hanno neanche rimborsato i costi di consegna. IMBARAZZANTI. Bad. Ci rivolgiamo a loro per una spedizione con roba alimentare da Andria a Milano e ci assicurano che la spedizione sarebbe arrivata entro 24/48 ore. La spedizione arriva con 2 giorni di ritardo con cibo andato a male e da buttare, Provando a chiamarli mi dicono, in modo maleducato, che i miei genitori erano stati avvisati che la spedizione avrebbe potuto subire dei ritardi, cosa che poi si è rivelata falsa, anzi al contrario avevano assicurato che la spedizione sarebbe arrivata entro un massimo di 48 ore. D'altronde i miei genitori si erano rivolti in un altro centro, sicuramente più onesto di loro, che non dava la sicurezza della spedizione motivo per cui i miei si sono rivolti a loro. Ho effettuato 2 spedizioni, una in tempi Covid arrivata comunque entro le 48 ore e una proprio ieri, arrivata addirittura in meno di 24 ore, dunque oggi. L'agenzia è tra le più competitive anche a livello qualità-prezzo. Consiglio vivamente. Always professionalism and speed.
