Personalmente ho acquistato già due decespugliatori (made in italy) di diversa cilindrata e ne sono totalmente soddisfatto. Potenti e affidabili e con un servizio assistenza e ricambi senza eguali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un decespugliatore Efco da loro dopo che hanno dato per irriparabile il decespugliatore precedente, che ho poi riparato da solo e oggi va perfettamente.
Dopo un anno di utilizzo decido di portare i decespuglaitori (quello vecchio e l'efco) e il tagliaerba a controllare, ma sulla porta vengo stoppato perche >, solo in quel momento mi accorogo che il decespugliatore che avevo in quel momento non era l'Efco così come il tagliaerba, e immagino che altrimenti non mi avrebbero scacciato.
E questa è solo una delle tante volte che mi sono recato da loro per avere un'assistenza che non ho ricevuto nonostante sia cliente.
Mio malgrado sono costretto a valutare rivenditori più professionali ed educati.
Ritengo che se relativamente al prodotto posso essere soddisfatto l'assistenza si è rivelata perssima.
I bought an Efco brush cutter from them after they gave the previous brush cutter as irreparable, which I then repaired by myself and today it goes perfectly.
After a year of use I decide to bring the brushcutters (the old one and the efco) and the mower to check, but on the door I am stopped because >, only at that moment I realize that the brush cutter I had at that moment it was not the Efco as the mower, and I imagine that otherwise they would not have driven me away.
And this is only one of the many times that I went to them for assistance that I did not receive despite being a customer.
In spite of myself I am forced to evaluate more professional and educated retailers.
I believe that if I can be satisfied with the product, the assistance has proved to be very low.
