Pertanto a seguito dell'ennesima conferma che ho avuto da parte di clienti ci tengo a precisare che la mia attività è nata da 10 anni specializzandosi nel settore eBike, non solo una realtà' diversa, ma profondamente lontana dalle loro politiche, cioè' quella di vendere a condizioni particolari senza avere un post vendita ed una organizzazione tipica di un negozio dedicato al ciclismo come deve essere. Abbiamo Personale Formato, Assistenza tecnica Certificata per tutti i motori esistenti e supporto online. Ho acquistato una ypsilon usata , mi erano stato promesse determinate cose da Enrico durante la fare di contrattazione che alla fine non sono state mantenute del tutto, ho aspettato per 4 mesi dei copri borchie ,ed alla fine quando mi sono stati consegnati , sono dei copri borchie che non sono della lancia, ma di concorrenza. Mi era stato promesso che mi cambiavano il copri cambio perché era usurato ed anche quella una promessa non mantenuta. Era scritto che sulla macchina c’era il bluetooth quando in realtá la macchina non dispone di questo accessorio. Per non parlare delle innumerevoli volte che non si è fatto sentire per farci sapere a che punto fosse il materiale che lui ci aveva promesso di cambiare di sua spontanea volontà, tra incertezze e promesse mancate ne sono uscito estremamente deluso in quando ritengo il gruppo larini , serio. Peccato, perché alla concessionaria di Lucca quando ho acquistato una Citroen C3 diversi anni fa mi ero trovato molto bene. C	Capra Whippante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incompetenza estrema nel reparto ebike.Ho parlato con un ragazzo che non sapeva niente delle bici che mi mostrava ,però molto informato sui finanziamenti che prevedono un'istruttoria di 150 euro, cosa da matti per delle bici....Sicuramente prendono provvigioni dalle finanziarie extreme incompetence in the ebike department. Nel frattempo ho dovuto comprare da loro una macchina usata, super valutata, intanto i tempi di consegna sono passati a Marzo 2022 sicuramente.. a Marzo per telefono mi ha detto che era in ritardo ma non sapeva dirmi quando, 2 giorni dopo mi sono presentato di persona e guarda caso sapeva la data presunta.. Settembre 2022.. Ho rescisso il contratto quasi 3 settimane per avere il rimborso dell'acconto..
