Tutte e tre le volte mi hanno detto "lasci i dati, la ricontatteremo"... eh, come no. Scandaloso! Mi vien veramente voglia di vendere la casa e mandare tutti al diavolo in Italia... Un appunto che potrei fare e che l'ufficio è aperto al pubblico solo 3 giorni a settimana...sarebbe auspicabile che fosse aperto tutti i giorni, magari alternando mattina e pomeriggio, per poter dar modo a tutti i cittadini di poterci accedere senza fare fila, che come media è di un'ora...
