★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It`s a sekt like many others nowadays. Not worth to visit at all. Primitive strange methods (especially their energetisation exercises like aerobic for kids of 4-5 years old level) and hopeless attempt to bound Vedic knowledge with christian religion. Food has a scarce choice, no ayurvedic spices, no juice, no cheese, no nuts...No sound isolation in accomodation rooms. It was my first and last visit there. I`m even more strong convinced to go on with classic hatha yoga (and normal pranayama types which they don`t give to visitors), kundalini yoga, and impersonal Vedanta study!
