Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e cortesia, tuttavia trattandosi di un affare delicato com'è la compravendita di un immobile, ci saremmo aspettati un servizio più preciso e competente. Documenti smarriti, scarsa reperibilità, inconvenienti di percorso con la burocrazia dovuti anche a negligenza, hanno reso l'iter tuttaltro che sereno. Per concludere, al momento del rogito, davanti al notaio, ci siamo trovati con un documento mancante e senza le chiavi di casa in mano. Ci saremmo aspettati che un'agenzia, quale soggetto mediatore profumatamente pagato (3% + iva), pensasse a tutti questi aspetti. Aspettativa fortemente disattesa. L'impressione è quella di aver regalato i soldi. Professionally not very capable. Ma nessuna delle mie richieste è stata presa minimamente in considerazione. Così la famosa mensilità (più iva) è stata riscossa senza effettuare il minimo lavoro. Per non parlare della falsità e poca cortesia di chi sta dietro il bancone. Pessimi. Consiglio a chi cerca casa di guardarsi bene intorno, o quantomeno di optare per persone più professionali. AGGIORNAMENTO: addirittura hanno sbagliato a scrivere il contratto di affitto, e quando gli è stato fatto notare la sig.ra Daniela si è giustificata affermando che in ogni caso ci si rifà alla legge e non al contratto. Cose da pazzi. Mi hanno chiesto addirittura 100€ per risolvere un contratto stipulato con cedolare secca. 100€, per svolgere una pratica gratuita via internet sul sito dell’agenzia delle entrate. 100€ ve li avrei dati più volentieri per farvi curare I would have been delighted to pay a monthly salary if I had been offered services or at least a possibility of intermediation during the negotiation phase. Da quando ho inviato la mia richiesta sono stata contattata subito e mi hanno chiamata praticamente tutti i giorni finchè non hanno trovato la cosa giusta. Speravo di trattare un pò sul prezzo d'affitto (loro hanno provato a convincere il proprietario) che non ha accettato però devo dire che mi è venuto incontro su molte altre cose. Purtroppo non dipende da loro come agenzia, quelle sono scelte dei proprietari, loro sono mediatori. Però devo dire che hanno capito esattamente cosa cercavo e comunque ci hanno provato. Io ho trovato molta cortesia e disponibilità. Consigliata! I found myself very well with Anamù. Visto più appartamenti in affitto che subito il giorno dopo avevano problemi di accordi con altri. Poi dopo aver preso visione di quel che serve al cliente non chiamano più e bisogna richiamarli su un altra offerta vista sempre su annunci. In poche parole dei clienti se ne sbattono. I	Iolanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono,se rispondono hanno fretta, promettono di richiamarti e poi spariscono, non rispondono nemmeno alle mail con richiesta informazioni sui loro appartamenti... su decine di telefonate fatte, ad entrambi le sedi di Venezia e Spinea (mi hanno dato anche un recapito cellulare a cui non rispondono) quelle due volte che sono riuscita a parlarci l'immobile non era più disponibile, cosa molto strana essendo stato caricato solo il giorno prima l'annuncio... Ci sono agenzie molto più serie, non siamo noi a dover correre dietro a loro ma viceversa, visto che per fortuna la concorrenza non manca.
