E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale davvero scortese... Avevo appuntamento alle 11.45 per fare la c.i a mio figlio...Porta chiusa, ho citofonato svariate volte senza ottenere risposta... Sono riuscita ad entrare perché un signore ha aperto la porta dall'interno. Ho detto alla signora, visibilmente indispettita, cosa dovevo fare la quale esordisce dicendo che bisogna arrivare prima (erano le 11.48 se avessero risposto al citofono non ci sarebbe stato problema )..e come ciliegina sulla torta si è messa a sbuffare perché non avevo i centesimi esatti e lei non aveva da dare il resto. d	davide canducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia dell' addetta alle carte di identità è unica, ho portato foto su USB con i parametri richiesti dal Ministero, mi dice che non possono utilizzarla in quanto non hanno il programma per scaricarla (assurdo nel 2022), dopo aver dimostrato la mia disapprovazione, lei, invece di scusarsi mi dice " non la faccia lunga vada a fare le foto dal fotografo se vuole la carta d'identità" MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO!!!! Una dipendente pubblica a contatto con il pubblico non si deve mai permettere una cosa del genere essendo PURE in torto. Se penso poi che la pagano anche con le mie tasse.......
