Oggi 3 luglio 2019 è tutta mattina che chiamo e dalle 12 alle 13 che dovrebbero rispondere in quanto non hanno più persone con appuntamento da fare alle ore 12:40 dopo la solita attesa in coda di 14 persone mi hanno buttato giù il telefono! Come posso fare? Devo prendere appuntamento per rinnovare la carta d'identità?
I have been trying to call for three days but they continue to knock me down. Today, July 3rd 2019, I call all morning and from 12 to 13 o'clock they should answer because they don't have more people with an appointment to make at 12:40 after the usual waiting in the queue of 14 people threw me the phone!
