Oggi richiamiamo per un altro appuntamento e nonostante ieri l'impiegato ci ha detto che aveva buchi dove inserirci oggi ci è stato dato l'appuntamento il 29 ottobre. È assurdo oggi siamo al 27 agosto. Tralasciando questo fatto consiglierei un corso di educazione e di rapporti con il pubblico. Non si risponde così male mi dispiace,avere un po di gentilezza non costa nulla. Very rude staff on the phone. Avvolte risulta occupato ma quando si libera, nessuno risponde.. Lo usate solo per effettuare le vostre telefonate? Oggi finalmente decidono di rispondere alla mia mail in cui richiedo un appuntamento e specifico che al telefono non risponde mai nessuno. Loro cosa fanno? Mi lasciano i recapiti telefonici e gli orari del centralino da contattare... Senza parole. Faccio notare per l'ennesima volta che telefonicamente non rispondono e chiedo nuovamente un appuntamento.
