 Very nice staff (and there since this morning to work in the cold ...). Virtually no waiting times (1 minute).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono FURIOSA ( e non mi capita quasi mai ) . Prendo tutte le mattine la linea 93 in viale Corsica per accompagnare mia figlia a scuola ,in via Amadeo. Mi domando "perché alle 08.15 i vostri camion con personale che solleva da terra un sacchetto alla volta bloccandoci in un Odissea infinita, non ritorna come in passato a lavorare di notte?? Perché io lavoravo di notte e quando rincasavo,su per giù alle quattro di notte,loro "nettezza urbana" uscivano per il loro lavoro" .in via Sismondi e in via Lomellina tutte le mattine ci vuole mezz'ora per fare due fermate,ma è mai possibile????
I am FURIOUS (and it almost never happens to me). I take bus 93 in viale Corsica every morning to accompany my daughter to school, in via Amadeo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a Milano dal 2016 e ho visto man mano togliere quasi tutti i cestini nella mia zona e le strade diventare discariche: sacchetti degli escrementi dei cani lasciati in giro (non sanno dove metterli) così come ogni sorta di altro rifiuto. Ho segnalato più volte il problema ma non si sono mai attivati.
I have been living in Milan since 2016 and I have seen gradually remove almost all the litter bins in my area and the streets become dumps: bags of dog droppings left around (they don't know where to put them) as well as all sorts of other waste. I have reported the problem several times but they never activated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oramai l’unico servizio è la raccolta della differenziata. Le strade non vengono pulite, i cestini non ci sono più. Dopo svariate segnalazioni della strada e del marciapiede in condizioni non igieniche i vostri addetti passano a pulire superficialmente (o non passano) e poi non si rivedono più per un mese quando il lavaggio deve essere effettuato due volte alla settimana. Vorrei ricordarvi che tutti pagano la Tari e dovete pulire tutte le zone allo stesso modo.
By now the only service is the collection of waste sorting. The streets are not cleaned, the bins are gone. After several reports of the road and the pavement in unsanitary conditions, your employees go to superficial cleaning (or do not pass) and then do not see each other again for a month when washing must be done twice a week. I would like to remind you that everyone pays the Tari and you have to clean all areas in the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci lavoro da 41 anni e vonevtutyi i lavori hanno alti e bassi, lavori più o meno gradevoli, resta comunque un notevole cambiamento da quando ho iniziato (A.M.N.U.) e non sempre in meglio.
Ho conosciuto direi almeno un migliaio se non di più di colleghi e anche qui non di tutti posso dire bene.
Un'esperienzavunica lunga una intera vita.
I have been working there for 41 years and vonevtutyi jobs have ups and downs, jobs more or less pleasant, there is still a notable change since I started (A.M.N.U.) and not always for the better.
I would say I have met at least a thousand if not more colleagues and here too I cannot say well about all of them.
A one-time experience lasting a lifetime.

L’Amsa offre indiscutibilmente un bel servizio che permette alle strade di milano di essere pulite,ma la presenza di numerevoli camioncini amsa negli orari di punto del mattino lo trasforma in un vero e proprio disservizio che crea code infinite,in strade anche a senso unico e strette dove non c’è modo di uscirne. Anche sue camion amsa uno dietro l’altro.Non so quante volte ho dovuto chiamare il mio datore di lavoro per avvisarlo del ritardo,e per fortuna è una persona molto comprensiva,ma non si può neanche uscire un’ora prima da casa per fare dei salti carpiati per evitare Amsa ed arrivare a lavoro in ritardo.
Ripeto grande servizio ma gli orari del mattino creano forti disagi nel traffico.
From service to disservice.
The Amsa unquestionably offers a nice service that allows the streets of Milan to be clean, but the presence of numerous amsa vans during the morning point times transforms it into a real disservice that creates infinite queues, even in one-way streets and narrow where there is no way out. Even his trucks amassed one after the other.I don't know how many times I had to call my employer to warn him of the delay, and luckily he is a very understanding person, but you can't even leave home an hour early to do pike jumps to avoid Amsa and arrive late for work.
I repeat great service but the morning hours create serious inconvenience in traffic.
