Il dottore Allegrezza e il suo staff hanno sempre mostrato disponibilità e pazienza anche nel servizio post vendita evidenziando un'alta qualità del servizio e affidabilità.
Gentilezza, cortesia,empatia risposte concrete alle reali necessità della persona! Questa è la formula che ho trovato all'Amplifon di Caltanissetta grazie e complimenti!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire che il dottor Allegrezza non ti fa sentire un numero, ma una persona che ha bisogno di essere ascoltata e assistita. È stato molto importante per mia madre avere di fronte un medico che non avesse fretta di vendere qualcosa, ma che volesse davvero darle qualcosa che la facesse sentire di nuovo e adatta alle sue problematiche di udito. Riavere la possibilità di sentire ti cambia la vita perchè ti rimette nella società, ti da sicurezza, ti fa sentire di nuovo nel mondo.. e trovare un medico, una struttura che lo sa, fa la differenza. Consiglio a tutti i figli/parenti di persone che hanno problemi di questo tipo, quantomeno di recarsi qui per la prova dell'udito gratuita. Solo cosi si ci può rendere conto di quanto 2 aggeggini cosi piccoli possano cambiare tutto (e se lo dico io che ero diffidente al massimo potete crederci). In una filiale di un'azienda privata come Amplifon ti aspetti di trovare incaricati che pensano solo alla vendita per fare soldi, ed invece qui ti ritrovi ad avere il dottor Allegrezza (e l'assistente: Claudia) che ti ascoltano e che cercano di risolvere il tuo problema venendoti incontro come possono. È bello per me, tornare a vedere mia madre sorridere e chiacchierare con gli altri come una volta. È una sensazione che auguro a tutti. Prendete un primo appuntamento in questa filiale (tanto non costa nulla).
I can say that Dr. Allegrezza does not make you feel like a number, but a person who needs to be listened to and assisted. It was very important for my mother to have a doctor in front of her who was not in a hurry to sell something, but who really wanted to give her something that made her feel new and suitable for her hearing problems. Having the chance to hear changes your life because it puts you back in society, gives you security, makes you feel back in the world .. and finding a doctor, a structure that knows it, makes the difference. I recommend to all children / relatives of people who have problems of this type, at least to go here for the free hearing test. Only in this way can we realize how much 2 such small gadgets can change everything (and if I say so, that I was suspicious at most, you can believe it). In a branch of a private company like Amplifon you expect to find agents who only think about selling to make money, and instead here you find yourself having Dr. Allegrezza (and assistant: Claudia) who listen to you and try to solve your problem by meeting you as best they can. It's nice for me to go back to see my mother smile and chat with others as it once was. It is a feeling that I wish everyone. Make a first appointment at this branch (it costs nothing so).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo per esperienza personale, un po di anni fà mi hanno cambiato e migliorato la vita, il Centro Amplifon di Caltanissetta dove trovi il Dott. Aldo Allegrezza e i suoi collaboratori Claudia e Cristian, personale qualificato, esperto, gentile e premuroso cercano e risolvono il problema della persona che si rivolge a loro.
Per me è stata la soluzione al mio problema mettere i dispositivi giusti, sentire le voci dei miei figli di mio marito e i suoni le voci di tutto quello che mi circonda insomma anche il piu' banale dei suoni per è stato meraviglioso ed emozionante. Ringrazio il Dott. Aldo e i suoi collaboratori per tutto quello che fanno per me e per tantissime persone, dai bambini agli adulti. Consiglio a tutti quelli che hanno questo problema di fare un controllo gratuito presso il Centro Amplifon, vedrete sarete consigliati e assistiti da persone speciali che fanno questo lavoro per aiutare veramente e non per speculare.

For me it was the solution to my problem to put the right devices, to hear the voices of my children of my husband and the sounds of the voices of everything that surrounds me in short, even the most banal of sounds was wonderful and exciting. I thank Dr. Aldo and his collaborators for everything they do for me and for many people, from children to adults. I recommend to all those who have this problem to do a free check at the Amplifon Center, you will see you will be advised and assisted by special people who do this job to really help and not to speculate.

Prima di questa esperienza ero completamente isolata dai suoni, tanto che non volevo più andare in chiesa.
Bruttissimo abbassare la testa, senza aver capito quello che mi dicevano.
Il televisore, lo vedevo, lo sentivo, ma non capivo le parole, pur aumentando al massimo il volume.
Adesso vivo meglio.
