ho avuto necessità di sostituire un rampone di una ciaspola ed a fronte della mia richiesta via eMail sono stato contattato nelle 24 ore successive ed il giorno dopo mi è stato inviato il pezzo.
Poiché presentava un difetto mi è stato immediatamente inviato un nuovo rampone senza alcuna spesa (di spedizione o altro) che funziona perfettamente.
Serietà e correttezza ineguagliabili!

I needed to replace a snowshoe crampon and in response to my request by e-mail I was contacted in the following 24 hours and the piece was sent the next day.
Since it had a defect I was immediately sent a new crampon at no cost (shipping or otherwise) that works perfectly.
Seriousness and unparalleled accuracy!

Poi sono riusciti a recuperarlo comunque, inviandomelo gratuitamente. Quando la gestione del cliente è di questo livello non si può non ricambiare, farò sicuramente i prossimi acquisti da loro

I wrote to ask for information on a small component of my snowshoes. They replied immediately, explaining that the piece has gone out of production. Then they managed to retrieve it anyway, sending it to me for free. When customer management is at this level, one cannot fail to reciprocate, I will certainly make the next purchases from them

Sul prodotto acquistato nulla da dire (ciaspole Highlander adjust), ora rimane solo che testarle a dovere.
Definitely positive review, as I had immediate assistance and availability in finding specific information on a product, which I then bought after Andrea's advice. Shipping took place within two days.
Nothing to say about the purchased product (Highlander adjust snowshoes), now it remains only to test them properly.

Struttura eccezionale, docente preparatissimo attento e scrupoloso sia sulla teoria ma soprattutto sulla pratica .
Penso che sia la struttura che il docente meritino non cinque stelle ma dieci.

I took the course at this company for work at height and rescue at height, I had a great time.
Exceptional structure, highly trained teacher, attentive and scrupulous both on theory but above all on practice.
I think that both the structure and the teacher deserve not five stars but ten.
Super satisfying experience.

I had asked online for information on the size of a hiking backpack (it was impossible for me to go to them due to the distance), and Andrea advised me and reassured me that it would fit in that size. Backpack arrived home in less than 24 hours and fits perfectly!
