β β β β β The Food: is awesome! like chinese chinese.. not european chinese food. I ordered soup with egg seaweed and little shrimps.. maincourse chicken pollo zigong + rice. The soup came in a huge portion. I thought it is too big for me but I finished it anyway. coz its delicious. The chicken was made with the correct dried chilis! very nice. They have free water btw. so nice thank you.
Price: not cheap but not expensive
Service: They could do better! especially when there is coperto charged. there were 13 mins 20 seconds (yes I counted it) of me waiting in my table just to order. The owner was friendly but he was too busy talking with his friends and make me wait too long. not only one friend tho. lol. Staff has duty inside as well (i was sitting outside). Or maybe it was just me who came in a wrong time or sit in a wrong position u tell me.
But again, the food is Awesome!

β β β β β My preference is for simple food with low sodium, not dependent on sauce for flavorβwhich makes me generally distrustful of Chinese food. (I avoid soy sauce and MSG.) Amoleβs food was excellent. My husband ordered the baked duck, fried chicken, shrimp fried rice and spring rolls.
However, I would discourage you from eating here unless you can wait 1.5 hours for your food to arrive. Thatβs how long it took for my to-go order to come out of the kitchen. 3x longer than estimated! And when I did get to eat it, everything but the spring rolls was room temperature.
This place needs to get its kitchen in order. Rent a bigger space, get more cooking equipment. Hire an extra chef. Basic stuff.
It would be a shame for this place not to expand. It offers quality food when one is bored with tortellini, lasagna, and ragu.

β β β β β My tradition when I travel is to always go to the best Chinese restaurant in town. I know most people will think only a crazy man would go to a Chinese restaurant in northern Italy when the rest of the Italian food is amazing but this was so worth it. Up there with the best Chinese food I've ever had. Easy 5 stars. Will be back tomorrow!

β β β β β Eating at amole is an experience. First of all, the place is so small and intimate, it really gives you an escape from reality, you feel like you've been transported to a completely different place. Seeing the kitchen is especially nice! The food is just amazing. You'll be hard pressed to find better Sichuan or Chinese food for that matter in Europe in my experience. Amazing flavours, great heat (listen to the advice on the menu, if you can't handle the heat do not order), and just overall exquisite food.

β β β β β Would rank it among the top 3 Chinese restaurants I've tried in Italy from north to south. As a person growing up with Sichuan food, I'll happily testify this is very authentic and spiiiicy :p Normal price for a proper meal in Italy. Table service fee is 2.5 euros but covers a large bottle of water so a good deal. Do get a reservation via Fork

β β β β β A small, friendly restaurant with interesting decor. Some dishes were missing but what we tried was good and authentic. I didnβt understand two sweet red bean starters on the starter platter as they were more like dessert. My Szechuan gin and tonic didnβt taste any different to a regular drink. A rose liquor was offered on our exit which was a nice touch. Staff accommodating and happy to explain to non-Italian diners as menu in Italian and Chinese.
