Confermo la sensazione di venire osservati, soprattutto quando non si riesce ad individuare il prodotto e ci si guarda in giro. Confermo per i proprietari l'utilità di mettere un n nome alle corsie. Potrebbe anche essere utile un riconoscimento per i commessi che aiutano i clienti in corsia.
I bought stationery products here. Although they are not specialized, they are well supplied and priced in line with the competition. Friendly staff. I confirm the feeling of being observed, especially when you are unable to locate the product and look around. I confirm that it is useful for the owners to name the lanes. Recognition may also be useful for clerks helping customers in the aisle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience here. Had just arrived in Venice and wanted to mooch around some shops but couldnt see anything I wanted. Upon leaving Amo Casa a man called Lin accused me of stealing a lighter and wouldn't let me leave. He was incredibly rude and insisted on searching my bag and pockets whilst spending ages going over cctv and insisting I had taken the lighter. After eventually realising that no lighters were missing and I hadn't taken anything he didnt really appologise but just said I could leave. Thankfully there were some nice female members of staff that were kinder to me during this ordeal. Would never step foot in the store again if that man is working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop itself and products are fine, but the lady at the counter was absolutely disgusting and spoke in a rude way, didn’t even say ‘Buongiorno’ or ‘Grazie’, spoke through her teeth - what kind of service is that?? Never encountered such rudeness anywhere in Italy before. Message to the owner: educate your staff.
