l	lorenzo menardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nella mia esperienza condominiale ho avuto diversi amministratori..... con cui ho avuto a volte il piacere...a volte il dispiacere di conoscerli....in questo caso ...fortunatamente devo dire che questo amministratore e propio una persona seria e corretta.....non solo professionalmente ...ma anche umanamente e propio una persona a modo.....piu di una volta e intervenuto molto urgentemente per dei guasti elettrici...ed anche tempo indietro per un allagamento nei box sottostanti...per non parlare di quando con il vento forte e caduta una grondaia....dobbiamo sempre tenere anche presente che anche penalmenye lui ha delle responsabilita......pertanto molte volte anche noi condomini dovremmo essere noi per primi piu corretti...gli uni verso gli altri...complimenti ancora continua cosi....grazie di tutto... in my condominium experience I have had several administrators ..... with whom I have had the pleasure at times ... at times the displeasure of knowing them .... in this case ... fortunately I must say that this administrator is just a person serious and correct ..... not only professionally ... but also humanly and just a person in the way ..... more than once he intervened very urgently for electrical failures ... and also time back for a flood in the boxes below ... not to mention when a gutter falls with the strong wind .... we must always keep in mind that even penalmenye has responsibilities ... so many times even we condominiums should be us first more correct ... towards each other ... congratulations again continue like this .... thanks for everything ...
