★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In via Pellas 20 , a Perugia, c'è un cedro ottantenne, in grave sofferenza , perché da circa tre anni è stata posta nel piazzale una copertura in bitume che impedisce l'ossigenazione delle radici.
L'amministrazione di condominio dello studio Sestante si è impegnata verbalmente a fare rimuovere tale materiale per un raggio di qualche metro, facendolo sostituire con una grata in grado di consentire l'ossigenazione delle radici.
Tutto questo, avveniva circa un anno fa e con un impegno verbale dello studio perugino che si occupa dell'albero , doveva essere fatto nel mese di Novembre 2021.
Non c'è stata risposta alle molteplici PEC inviate allo "studio fantasma", e il titolare dello studio si faceva negare al telefono.
Intanto il cedro ottantenne sta morendo.
A questo punto ricorreremo alle vie legali, nei confronti di chi ha deciso di soffocare l'albero con il bitume e nei confronti di chi ci ha preso in giro per un anno, con false promesse e inaffidabilità.

There was no response to the multiple PECs sent to the "ghost studio", and the owner of the studio was denied the phone.
Meanwhile, the eighty-year-old cedar is dying.
At this point we will resort to legal action, against those who have decided to suffocate the tree with bitumen and against those who have made fun of us for a year, with false promises and unreliability.
