Non si può assolutamente dire di scrivere mail o altro per risolvere un semplice problema di inefficienza operativa.
Ritengo non positiva la mia esperienza.

It absolutely cannot be said to write emails or other to solve a simple problem of operational inefficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il posto dove si conferiscono rifiuti particolari, es. Ho portato le radiografie ormai vecchie - non ho avuto difficoltà a raggiungerlo, in quanto la signora addetta al centralino é stata oltre che gentile, precisa dell'indicarmi come raggiungere il centro raccolta alla z.i. di Bari. se posso permettermi certi tipi di rifiuti si potrebbero lasciare ai centri raccolti di zona, per vicinanza agli utenti che non possono raggiungere la z.i. ed incoraggiare coloro che decidono sempre più di fare la differenziata. Ovviamente consiglierei il Presidente di provvedere alla sostituzione dei contenitori rotti, non funzionanti, e sporchi, mi impegno di usare la chiave per i contenitori dell'umido, ma ormai sono o rotti i coperchi, o mancano perché insufficienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato più volte, inutilmente, a spiegare e chiedere se possibile avere dei bidoni per carta, plastica e vetro nella via di casa, visto anche che ci sono una decina di palazzine e traverse. Mancano questi bidoni importanti e quindi il tutto viene giustamente cestinato nel classico bidone bianco e celeste. Nonostante le mie e non solo molteplici richieste, ancora nulla e non si sa perché..da diversi mesi.
I tried several times, in vain, to explain and ask if possible to have bins for paper, plastic and glass in the way home, also given that there are about ten buildings and sleepers. These important bins are missing and therefore everything is rightly trashed in the classic white and light blue bin. Despite my requests and not only many, still nothing and no one knows why .. for several months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo x smaltire delle porte interne con vetro all'amiu del mio quartiere e mi dicono che non accettano questo tipo di smaltimento, chiamo il numero verde e mi rispondono che non lo accettano xché presente il vetro allora chiamo la sede centrale San Paolo e mi dicono che non c'era problema si poteva portare sul posto le porte . Mi dirigo lì e con mia sorpresa il caposquadra mi dice che non era possibile accettarle e io gli ho spiegato che prima di andare mi avevano detto di sì e lui insistendo mi dice no ,al che io mettetevi d'accordo e dopo una discussione li ho finalmente lasciate. Mi chiedo ma bisogna essere raccomandati x buttare qualcosa oppure conoscere qualcuno e assurdo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecco com'è amiu Puglia. Dopo aver chiamato il num. verde e mandato diverse mail per segnalare lo stato del marciapiede sotto il mio balcone al piano rialzato.
AGGIORNAMENTO:
oggi, 28/12/2021, dev'essere passato babbo natale.
E' trascorso più di un mese dalla segnalazione e, in ogni caso, si stanno accumulando di nuovo i rifiuti. Ora, non chiedo che puliate quotidianamente (sarebbe follia), ma almeno una volta alla settimana potreste fare una passata?
AGGIORNAMENTO 11/01/2022:
Non è possibile che qualcuno passi a pulire solo una volta al mese.
La spazzatura è di nuovo accumulata e non c'è l'ombra di un operatore.
Lo volete capire che le strade, anche quelle periferiche, vanno pulite QUOTIDIANAMENTE e non solo via Sparano e il centro città?

today, 12/28/2021, Santa Claus must have passed.

It is not possible for someone to just clean up once a month.
The garbage is piled up again and there is no shadow of an operator.
Do you want to understand that the streets, even the peripheral ones, must be cleaned DAILY and not just via Sparano and the city center?
