★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi confermano appuntamento con volontaria e solo DOPO mi dicono ma sa il cane 30kg di cane non conosce le scale...io abito terzo piano senza ascensore....ma queste persone che chiedono mille informazioni entrando anche nel personale delle persone...poi nemmeno lo leggono ringrazio per aver fatto saltare tutto per l'omissione di questo da parte della signora Paola.... complimenti... inqualificabile cm atteggiamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incontrati alla mostra agricola di colleverde, ho visto un cucciolo, ho chiesto se era in adozione e mi hanno detto di si....arrivata a casa col cucciolo, poco dopo arrivano loro per fare il sopralluogo, ma non lo fanno, anzi me lo portano via perché era stato promesso ad un altra famiglia. Completa disorganizzazione, senza responsabilità né sensibilità. Hanno trattato il cucciolo come un oggetto
