M	Mauro Signorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un'abitante del quartiere S.Lucia dove purtroppo l'incivilta' di alcune persone porta a ritrovarsi con i cassonetti sempre pieni e talvolta non solo di immondizia ordinaria ma bensì di rifiuti ingombranti non usando il servizio gratuito che AMIA offre. Volevo comunque ringraziare in maniera particolare un ragazzo che svolge il suo servizio anche in fondo alla via Mantovana dove anche quelli di Dossobuono vengono a scaricare qualsiasi cosa. Questa mattina con il suo furgoncino (2263) ha sgomberato tutto il marciapiede vicino ai cassonetti pieno di materiali ingombranti, oltre a ripulire tutto ciò che traboccava dai cassonetti. Molto soddisfatta per la rapidità. Speriamo davvero che poi questi rifiuti diventino risorse e non che vadano a finire in discarica, o peggio, dispersi nell'ambiente!! ???? a	andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due mesi fa mi recai all'isola ecologica di Amia in via Bartolomeo Avesani (VR) per scaricare una discreta quantità di bottiglie in vetro; all'ingresso, dove c'é la sbarra, un operatore fu molto gentile nel spiegarmi il tragitto per raggiungere il 'vetro', mi offrì anche un giubbetto rifrangente; pur non essendoci frecce indicative e considerato il traffico dei camion dell'immondizia che incontrai, io riuscivo lo stesso a raggiungere il 'vetro' e cominciai a scaricare le mie bottiglie; purtroppo un camion Amia mi si affiancó e l'autista cominció a lavare, con un getto d'acqua, il suo cassone del camion; il liquame che usciva dal cassone del camion sommerse le mie scarpe e le ruote del mio motocarro. Giudico irresponsabile il comportamento di quel autista Amia, per me fu un'esperienza negativa; sconsiglio a tutti gli utenti di usare l'isola ecologica di via Bartolomeo Avesani per i seguenti motivi: assenza di indicazioni per raggiungere il tipo di rifiuto da scaricare, poca illuminazione (erano le 17:00 e cominciava a fare buio), pericolo perchè i camion corrono troppo, autista del camion non rispettoso del singolo cittadino privato. A	AUGUSTO FRACASSI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di servirmi dei loro servizi sia per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti ingombranti che più volte dello smaltimento all'isola ecologica di via B.Avesani. Il servizio dei rifiuti ingombranti è stato prenotato telefonicamente e già per il giorno successivo sono passati a recuperarli. Sono rimasto meravigliato quando sono andato all'isola ecologica.... una meraviglia!!!! ben progettata, ordinata e con personale attento alle esigenze dell'utente. Un particolare ringraziamento vada al sig Giuseppe che all'ingresso ci ha spiegato come e dove smaltire i vari rifiuti. Ora vi chiederete il perché di questa recensione.... Ebbene io vivo a Parma che si difende bene in gestione dei rifiuti con la raccolta differenziata porta a porta , ma quando devi smaltire casi particolari come quello che mi è accaduto qui a Verona devo mettermi le mani nei capelli e munirmi di tanta pazienza.... es: prenotazione del recupero di oggetti ingombranti avviene minimo ad un mese dalla richiesta..... e smaltimento alle isole ecologiche quasi impossibile ...con due utenti davanti devi aspettare un paio d'ore, poi quando ce la fai! Con operatori svogliati che ti fanno entrare alla discarica uno alla volta e con le varie discariche sparse disordinatamente per il piazzale. Risultato della partita VERONA batte PARMA 5 a 1 !!!! With listless operators who let you enter the landfill one at a time and with the various landfills scattered around the square. Match result VERONA beats PARMA 5 to 1 !!!!
