Gli orari pubblicizzati di apertura degli sportelli al pubblico sono sino alle ore 15,30, invece chiudono alle 14,30. I cestini dei rifiuti colmi che non vengono svuotati chissà da quanto. Confermo la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutti gli operatori telefonici, assistenza efficiente nelle procedure, ma purtroppo il disservizio nella tempistica di attivazione ha recato moltissimi problemi nella gestione di tutti i lavori nell appartamento. Sicuramente da rivedere i protocolli di verifica in fase di controllo dati in entrata. Impossibile per il cliente pensare di dover attendere massimo 7 giorni lavorativi e ritrovarsi dopo oltre due settimane senza il servizio attivato.
