I menù si strutturano così: 1) ingredienti del panino 2)scelta del tipo di panino: focaccia, pane classico, pane morbido. La prima è grandissima, divisa in 4 parti, quello morbido è il classico tondo, il pane croccante invece è tipo sfilatino/ciabatta. Birre artigianali variegate e buonissime. Lunghissimi!! Fortunatamente abbiamo chiesto di portare i panini ai bimbi con più velocità ed effettivamente i loro sono arrivati prima.. ma per i nostri... Abbiamo atteso un bel po'. Vasta scelta di birre. Provata anche quella "Trebisacce", ricetta propria molto buona. Affaccia sulla piazza con giostrine per bambini. Consigliato! Focaccia sandwich with two 100g burgers highly recommended! Freshly cooked pizza dough (so wait those extra minutes) soft and crunchy. Wide choice of beers. Also tried the "Trebisacce", a very good recipe. Overlooks the square with rides for children. Recommended!
