Con i ragazzi dell'ambulatorio Olivella mi sono sentita subito capita e hanno da subito legato con il mio gatto, pensando per lei le soluzioni migliori, per niente arronzate! Attenta ai bisogni di Meca, cagnolina molto impaurita dalle strutture veterinarie, che si è lasciata esaminare senza alcuna difficoltà anche nel momento del prelievo. :) Dr. Calzaretta was careful and scrupulous in visiting Meca, she informed me promptly about what was happening during the visit which allowed me to calm down. Lei ed il dottore hanno eseguito una ottima visita riuscendo a controllare tutto con molta praticità. Mi hanno spiegato in modo molto didattico la loro situazione.
