★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi e' stato fissato un appuntamento con il dottore esperto di cavie, che praticamente non esiste. Sarebbe stato piu' onesto dire che il loro ambulatorio non si occupa di roditori.
La visita' al mio animaletto che non mangiava da due giorni e' stata sbrigativa e superficiale.
Si e' risolta con il semplice accorciamento dei denti incisivi ( tra l'altro eccessivo, visto che ora il mio porcellino d'india non riesce assolutamente ad afferrare il cibo), quando il problema era invece molto piu' serio.
Se dovete far curare dei roditori non rivolgetevi a questo ambulatorio, perche' nonostante vi dicano al telefono che c'e' un veterinario competente, non e' assolutamente vero.
I have been made an appointment with the experienced guinea pig doctor, who practically does not exist. It would have been more honest to say their clinic doesn't deal with rodents.
The visit to my pet who hadn't eaten for two days was hasty and superficial.
It was solved with the simple shortening of the incisor teeth (by the way excessive, since now my guinea pig is absolutely unable to grab food), when the problem was much more serious.
If you need to treat rodents, do not go to this clinic, because although they tell you on the phone that there is a competent veterinarian, it is absolutely not true.
