★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assenza totale per le urgenze, la mia cagnolina stava affrontando una gravidanza difficile e loro non sono stati in grado di gestirla. 1:non ci hanno minimamente spiegato come andava assistita durante il parto anzi ci avevano detto di stare tranquilli poiché era una gravidanza normale anche se non era così, 2: ha dovuto affrontare un parto cesareo e loro ci hanno lasciato in mezzo alla strada perchè erano in ferie e il veterinario che ci avevano detto di contattare nemmeno aveva le attrezzature adatte, 3: essendo una gravidanza a rischio doveva essere un parto da assistere attraverso l'ecografia in ambulatorio ma figuriamoci le ferie sono più importanti!
Purtroppo già un'altra volta abbiamo avuto un'urgenza e anche in quel caso loro non c'erano e ci siamo dovuti affidare a un altro veterinario. Schifo totale! Sicuramente non lo consiglio.
Total absence for emergencies, my dog was facing a difficult pregnancy and they were unable to handle it. 1: they did not explain to us in the least how she was assisted during childbirth, on the contrary they told us to rest assured because it was a normal pregnancy even if it was not so, 2: she had to face a caesarean section and they left us in the middle of the road because they were on vacation and the vet they told us to contact did not even have the appropriate equipment, 3: being a pregnancy at risk it had to be a birth to be assisted through the ultrasound in the clinic but let alone the holidays are more important!
Unfortunately, already another time we had an emergency and even in that case they were not there and we had to entrust ourselves to another veterinarian. Total disgust! Definitely don't recommend it.

Pliny and Cristiana are truly trained and friendly veterinarians, very available even if only to clarify small doubts. Very knowledgeable on the care and nutrition of both dogs and cats. Top surgery!
