★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza, ho chiamato per una emergenza e mi ha risposto in maniera scorbutica dicendo di non essere in città. Successivamente le ho chiesto quando mi potesse fissare un appuntamento per un controllo, e mi risponde mai. (preciso che finora ho abitato in emilia-romagna e quindi mi serviva un nuovo veterinario in zona essendomi trasferita di nuovo a san marco in lamis)
DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
very bad experience, I called for an emergency and he replied in a grumpy way saying he was not in town. Later I asked her when she could make an appointment for me for a checkup, and she never replies. (I specify that so far I have lived in Emilia-Romagna and therefore I needed a new veterinarian in the area having moved back to San Marco in Lamis)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa solo ai soldi... Commette errori ambulatori che poi fa ripagare ai clienti... Priva di sensibilità che in questo mestiere è alla base... Non esiste che ti controlli gli animali anche per banalità senza prendere soldi... Fissa continuamente appuntamenti di controllo per prendere soldi...a volte non fattura... Assistita da una persona che non si sa se sia Qualificata che le lancia occhiate consapevole forse della scarsa professionalità della citata dottoressa...
Le recensioni sono democraticamente libere ed io sto raccontando quello che ho vissuto con un dei miei gatti quindi sconsiglio vivavememte di non rivolgersi a questo studio veterinario onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese.... Utilizzero ogni mezzo per mettere in guardia possibili clienti.
Just think about the money ... He makes out-of-office mistakes which he then makes his clients pay off ... Without sensitivity that is the basis in this profession ... There is no way that you check animals even for banality without taking money ... Stares continuously check-up appointments to get money ... sometimes no invoice ... Assisted by a person who does not know if it is Qualified who glances at her, perhaps aware of the lack of professionalism of the aforementioned doctor ...
The reviews are democratically free and I am telling what I lived with one of my cats so I strongly advise against contacting this veterinary office in order to avoid unpleasant surprises .... I use every means to warn possible customers.
