Preparato, paziente, e molto dolce con i suoi pazienti pelosi, nonostante l'avversione della mia gatta nei confronti del veterinario in generale, è riuscito a tranquillizzarla e soprattutto a tranquillizzare me. Sempre disponibile anche nei vari dubbi che ho avuto nei giorni post intervento. L'ambulatorio inoltre è molto accogliente e pulitissimo, cosa non scontata a volte. Consigliatissimo. :) Dr Garofalo is of a disarming kindness. I met him for the first time on the occasion of the sterilization of my kitten. Il mio gattino ha avuto un incidente e lui è stato veramente paziente, soprattutto con me che ero sopraffatta dall'ansia. Disponibile a chiarire dubbi, a tranquillizzare è per me un VETERINARIO a caratteri cubitali. Stra consigliatissimo, peccato che ci sono solo 5 stelle, ne darei un milione per tutte le qualità! Grazie ancora! Impeccable clinic like Dr. Garofalo, patient, kind, professional, available a true lover of animals. Consiglia come prevenire i rischi del tuo animale domestico, prezzi modici per servizi eccellenti. Il personale è molto paziente, e professionale oltre che gentile. Ciò che fa lode a questa struttura è il fatto che si agisce per prenotazione, il che permette di non trovare attese o altri animali e creare quindi confusione tra animali, inoltre, soprattutto in questo periodo pandemico trovo che agire per prenotazione sia più che giusto anche se ciò avveniva già prima della crisi sanitaria. 5 stelle meritatissime quindi, spero che questa passione e professionalità perduri anche nel lungo periodo. i parcheggi quasi tutti riservati o a pagamento ma con il metodo prenotazione riesci a trovare posto anche in quelli liberi da vincoli. La struttura è super attrezzata, pulita e confortevole. MI sono recato di recente per le prime visite di routine al mio cucciolo e per l'iscrizione all'anagrafe canina, visto che il Dr Garofalo, fra le altre cose, è abilitato all'inserimento dei microchip e quindi all'iscrizione in anagrafe. Ho trovato una persona veramente in gamba e una equipe preparata e professionale. Sono veramente soddisfatto dell'assistenza che viene data a me e al mio cucciolo. A vet with a capital V.
