★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo un appuntaneto alle ore 11.00 alle 12.20 abbiamo fatto presente (educamente) che avevamo alle 11.00 l'appuntamento .. a quel punto s'è arrabbiato dicendoci che ci avrebbe lasciati per ultimi costringendo ad andarcene col nostro cagnolino.. Che dire? Penso che questo sig. Donzelli alla sua età non abbia imparato l'educazione, fondamentale quando si ha a che fare con persone, non dovrebbero esistere clienti di serie A o di serie B a seconda non dell'urg enza ma dalla simpatia..
We had a small appointment at 11.00 at 12.20 we pointed out (politely) that we had the appointment at 11.00 .. at that point he got angry telling us that he would leave us last forcing us to leave with our little dog .. What to say? I think this mr. Donzelli at his age did not learn education, which is essential when dealing with people, there should be no A or B customers depending on the urgency but not the sympathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre grande professionalità. Ora poi a causa del covid si va in ambulatorio solo previo appuntamento per cui i tempi di attesa sono più brevi. Vado dal dott. DONZELLI da anni mi sono sempre trovata benissimo,sia con lui che con i suoi collaboratori.
As always, great professionalism. Now then because of the covid you go to the clinic only by appointment so waiting times are shorter. I go to Dr. DONZELLI for years I have always had a great time, both with him and with his collaborators.
