★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che andiamo da loro e sono a dir poco spettacolari! Si vede che hanno una gran passione per gli animali, li trattano come se fossero loro. Per me sono eccezionali, non potrei dire altrimenti per tutto quello che hanno sempre fatto per i nostri amici a 4 zampe!
We have been going to them for years and they are nothing short of spectacular! You can see that they have a great passion for animals, they treat them as if they were their own. For me they are exceptional, I could not say otherwise for everything they have always done for our 4-legged friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza con la dottoressa che collabora con la Pasetti non mi ha per nulla soddisfatta. Poco empatica per non dire scontrosa, poco professionale e superficiale nella visita.
Unfortunately my experience with the doctor who collaborates with Pasetti has not satisfied me at all. Little empathic not to say surly, unprofessional and superficial in the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sempre è un bene fare dei confronti, c'è chi si trova bene con un veterinario e chi con un altro, proprio come succede a noi con i nostri medici. Sono stata consigliata, dopo diversi risultati negativi a rivolgermi allo studio Pasetti e con cuor pieno di gratitudine consiglio questo studio per disponibilità, capacità d' analisi, per ricerca di alternative che mettano prima di tutto la salute dei nostri animali domestici. Ho sia il cane che il gatto, e ho sempre sostenuto costi importanti. Questo studio si distingue anche per onestà.

It is not always good to make comparisons, there are those who are comfortable with a veterinarian and those with another, just as happens to us with our doctors. After several negative results, I was advised to contact the Pasetti study and with a heart full of gratitude I recommend this study for availability, analytical skills, for the search for alternatives that put first of all the health of our pets. I have both a dog and a cat, and I have always incurred significant costs. This study also stands out for its honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande grande delusione. Frequento questo ambulatorio veterinario da circa 23 anni ma stavolta sono rimasta molto delusa. Hanno sottovalutato la gravità della situazione, nonostante le mie sollecitazioni, perdendo del tempo prezioso. Inoltre, rispetto al passato, ho riscontrato scarsa empatia per l'animale e per il proprietario. Non so a cosa serva il numero di emergenza se poi, comunque, mi hanno fatto attendere fino all'apertura dell'ambulatorio alle dieci. Se in futuro avrò ancora bisogno di un veterinario, sicuramente non andrò più qui. Per la mia brutta esperienza personale, lo sconsiglio.
Big big disappointment. I have been going to this vet clinic for about 23 years but this time I was very disappointed. They underestimated the gravity of the situation, despite my solicitations, wasting precious time. Furthermore, compared to the past, I found little empathy for the animal and for the owner. I don't know what the emergency number is for if, in any case, they made me wait until the clinic opens at ten. If I still need a vet in the future, I will definitely not go here again. For my personal bad experience, I do not recommend it.
