La dottoressa Vittoria e le altre dottoresse sono davvero gentili, professionali e amorevoli nella cura dei nostri amici a quattro zampe, pensando sempre al loro benessere, sia fisico che “psichico”. Hanno tantissima pazienza nel visitare il mio cane, molto pauroso dato il suo passato in canile, e cercano sempre l’approccio meno invasivo.

I have been attending the clinic for my Wiki dog for 7 years and we always had a great time!
Dr. Vittoria and the other doctors are really kind, professional and loving in the care of our four-legged friends, always thinking about their well-being, both physical and "psychic". They have a lot of patience in visiting my dog, very scary given his past in kennel, and they are always looking for the least invasive approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto tutto quello che è stato consigliato da questi "medici qualificati" e portato il cane, non hanno capito e fatto gli esami che dovevano farmi fare subito, mi hanno fatto aspettare lunedi, PERCHÉ C'ERA IL WEEKEND DI MEZZO, il numero delle emergenze nemmeno lo calcolano perché ho anche inviato un video su whatsapp sullo stato del cane e nemmeno è stato visualizzato ed al telefono mi hanno detto di dare omogenizzati e acqua zuccherata.
Morale? Mia figlia non è arrivata a lunedì è morta di emorragia interna durante la notte, si perché non era "solo un cane".
Grazie, condivido "l'esperienza" affinché non ricapiti a qualcun'altro.

Moral? My daughter didn't arrive on Monday she died of internal bleeding during the night, yes because she wasn't "just a dog".

Ho portato a far sterilizzare una gatta, non lo fate!
ZERO RISPETTO PER IL PADRONE: intervento previsto in mattinata, ho chiamato per sapere come fosse andato e mi hanno risposto che l'avevano spostato al pomeriggio e di non chiamare, ma di presentarsi all ora del ritiro.
INCAPACI DAL PUNTO DI VISTA CHIRURGICO: non so chi aveva suturato la mia gatta, forse uno che passava di lì... Non chiedevo l'adesivo tissutale, quello lo usano solo i vet di un certo livello, ma neanche un lavoro di carpenteria pesante, come è stato fatto.
NESSUNA ASSISTENZA POST OPERATORIA : Mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un altro vet per ottenere i giusti analgesici che hanno permesso all animale di tornare a mangiare. Per loro mi sarei dovuto presentare il giorno successivo. Semplicemente una barbarie, l'analgesia si usa anche per le cavie da laboratorio! State lontani!

INCAPABLE FROM THE SURGICAL POINT OF VIEW: I don't know who had sutured my cat, maybe one who passed by ... I didn't ask for the tissue adhesive, only the vets of a certain level use that, but not even a heavy carpentry job , how it was done.
NO POST OPERATIVE ASSISTANCE: I had to go to another vet to get the right painkillers that allowed the animal to go back to eating. For them I was supposed to show up the next day. Simply barbaric, analgesia is also used for laboratory animals! Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti. Va tutto bene finché il cane (nel nostro caso) sta bene. Al minimo problema non sanno cosa fare e nemmeno si sanno coordinare tra di loro. Lasciamo perdere che per fare una ricetta di un antibiotico senza visita hanno voluto 10,00 euro, senza avvisare prima del costo. Sono cliente da 6 anni. Dovevo cambiare prima.

Mi hanno chiamata durante l'intervento per aggiornarmi.
Ora per fortuna sta bene ma solo grazie alla competenza e professionalità.
