È questo il caso dell'ambulatorio veterinario gestito dalle Dottoresse Serena e Valeriana, alle quali ho affidato le cure della mia micia da alcuni mesi.
Sono estremamente soddisfatto, tanto per i risultati raggiunti, quanto per la competenza professionale sempre dimostrata e per l'estrema e costante disponibilità nel rispondere alle mie domande e nel chiarire i miei dubbi sul percorso di cura, persino nel fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
Non mi sono mai sentito solo nella gestione del problema, ma sempre costantemente ed attentamente seguìto. Credo sia cosa davvero rara e meritevole di essere segnalata.

This is the case of the veterinary clinic run by Doctors Serena and Valeriana, to whom I have entrusted the care of my cat for a few months.
I am extremely satisfied, both for the results achieved, as for the professional competence always demonstrated and for the extreme and constant availability in answering my questions and in clarifying my doubts about the treatment path, even on weekends and holidays.
I have never felt alone in managing the problem, but always constantly and carefully followed. I think it is something really rare and worthy of being reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato perché avevo un gattino di 3 mesi che stava male, l'ambulatorio era in chiusura serale e non hanno voluto fermarsi per visitarmelo.. Nonostante io abiti a 10 minuti dall'ambulatorio.. Non sapevo cosa fare e il giorno dopo l'ho portato d'urgenza in una clinica privata a Vicenza ma ormai non c'è stato più niente da fare.. Il mio gattino è morto purtroppo..
I phoned because I had a 3 month old kitten who was sick, the clinic was closing in the evening and they didn't want to stop to visit it .. Although I live 10 minutes from the clinic .. I didn't know what to do and the day after the I rushed to a private clinic in Vicenza but now there was nothing more to be done .. My kitten died unfortunately ..
