L	Luciana Scaraggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che vergogna , dei bravi volontari hanno portato una cagnolina trovata su una strada a scorrimento veloce bisognosa di cure , siccome è una trovatella e il sindaco del posto non ha voluto pagare le sue cure ( vergogna anche per il sindaco) la clinica la sbatte in canile senza curarla , ma non vi vergognate , sicuramente con una colletta avrebbero potuto pagare la vostra stramaledetta parcella, ma rimane il fatto che a voi degli animali non ve ne frega niente, non sono mai venuta nella vostra clinica ne mai ci verrò. Fate schifo . La toelettatura non è opera di persone competenti, né tantomeno professionali: non sono stati rimossi i peli all'interno delle orecchie, il pelo del musetto e sulla testa è molto più lungo da un lato rispetto all'altro. Ho pagato 40 euro: prezzo irrisorio considerando il pessimo servizio ricevuto! I had the 9am appointment to get my poodle clipped and I had to wait a full 35 minutes! Grooming is not the work of competent people, much less professional: the hair inside the ears has not been removed, the hair on the nose and on the head is much longer on one side than the other. In questo ambulatorio, grazie alla competenza ed alla disponibilità della dottoressa e dei suoi assistenti riesci a comprendere le reali necessità della bestiola. Con la mia compagna abbiamo adottato una cuccioletta salvata da una brutta fine grazie alle cure ricevute nell'ambulatorio ed ogni settimana vi torniamo e restiamo stupiti del legame che resta in essere fra lei e gli altri ospiti della struttura e le persone che vi lavorano. Si curano i nostri amici a quattro zampe ma indirettamente anche noi "umani" ne riceviamo insegnamenti.
