★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo prenotazione telefonica ho atteso fuori dal l'ambulatorio sul marciapiede per più di un'ora, e questo è plausibile perché le visite degli animali possono richiedere anche più tempo di quello preventivato e in tempo covid aspettare all'aperto tutela me e le persone che lavorano, ma quello che non ho tollerato è che persone arrivate dopo di me e con prenotazioni successive alla mia sono state fatte entrare prima di me. Questo comportamento denota oltre alla poca professionalità anche tanta maleducazione. Cercherò di meglio.... Sicuramente sarà molto semplice!!
After a telephone booking, I waited outside the clinic on the sidewalk for more than an hour, and this is plausible because animal visits can take even longer than expected and in time covid waiting outdoors protects me and the people who they work, but what I have not tolerated is that people who arrived after me and with bookings after mine were let in before me. This behavior denotes not only a lack of professionalism but also a lot of rudeness. I'll try better .... It will surely be very simple !!
