★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito ha telefonato al numero fisso il 24.01 per far partire la malattia / quarantena imposta dall’Azienda sanitaria a seguito di tampone covid positivo eseguito in farmacia ad Appiano (BZ). Gli hanno detto che avrebbero segnalato loro all’INPS la malattia, che lui non doveva fare nulla e che il medico lo avrebbe contattato di lì a breve. Sono passati 8 gg e non solo non siamo stati richiamati, ma l’INPS non ha ricevuto alcuna segnalazione di malattia dal medico di base. La segretaria del medico ricontattata stamattina 01.02.2022, ha consigliato di chiamare dopo le 17 sul cellulare del Dr Buzzanca, che tuttavia risulta spento con segreteria telefonica. Per fortuna mio marito non sta male, perché mi chiedo veramente come si potrebbe fare senza un medico di base, dato che è impossibile contattarlo, e la segretaria prende tempo, da 8 giorni senza alcun riscontro. Una vergogna davvero!
My husband phoned the landline number on 24.01 to start the disease / quarantine imposed by the health authority following a positive covid swab performed in a pharmacy in Appiano (BZ). They told him that they would report the disease to INPS, that he did not have to do anything and that the doctor would contact him shortly. 8 days have passed and not only have we not been called back, but the INPS has not received any reports of illness from the general practitioner. The doctor's secretary, contacted again this morning 01.02.2022, advised to call after 5 pm on Dr Buzzanca's cell phone, which however is turned off with an answering machine. Fortunately my husband is not sick, because I really wonder how it could be done without a general practitioner, since it is impossible to contact him, and the secretary takes time, for 8 days without any feedback. A shame indeed!
