Fin da subito si rimane colpiti dalla gentilezza, l'empatia, l'umanità dei medici e dalla conoscenza approfondita della materia derivante da numerosi anni di esperienza.

Ci tengo a precisare che seppur il paziente sia in errore, peraltro ammesso con garbo, nulla giustifica una mancanza di rispetto, neppure se l’errore è stato ripetuto più volte da diverse persone. Da un professionista, da un dottore, non ci si aspetta un trattamento simile. Il cliente non ha sempre ragione, quasi mai mi verrebbe da dire, ma automaticamente la acquisisce nel momento in cui riceve maleducazione.
