★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto per il call center, ho appena chiamato per una visita a mia madre. Per avere le informazioni minime ho dovuto cavargliele di bocca, che rispondeva con un tono tipo robot! Servizio pessimo!
I vote for the call center, I just called for a visit to my mother. To get the minimum information I had to take it out of my mouth, which he replied with a robot-like tone! Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo un appuntamento per una radiografia mi sono recata tre giorni prima presso i vostri sportelli per pagare il ticket e evitare così il rischio di fare tardi il giorno stesso dell appuntamento .
Inspiegabilmente dopo una lunga fila mi è stato negato di fare il pagamento e di venire in anticipo il giorno stesso dell' esame.....quanto in anticipo?

Having an appointment for an X-ray, I went to your counters three days before to pay for the ticket and thus avoid the risk of being late on the day of the appointment.
Inexplicably, after a long line I was denied to make the payment and come in early on the day of 'exam ..... how far in advance?
It seems to me absurd

Per non parlare dei medici e infermieri, bravi e professionali.
Prezzi contenuti sopratutto se sei socio/ volontario.
Ambiente pulito e all'avanguardia nel rispetto delle normative anti-covid
I often go to the PAS for outpatient visits.
Friendly and polite staff
Not to mention the doctors and nurses, good and professional.
Low prices especially if you are a member / volunteer.
Clean and cutting-edge environment in compliance with anti-covid regulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto fare una visita ambulatoriale e, non conoscendo il posto, (io vivo in Versilia) mi hanno consigliato il Pas. Servizio ottimo, medici molto bravi e le attese sono accettabili. Sono stati anche comprensivi poiché mi hanno preso l’appuntamento un determinato giorno sapendo che poco dopo dovevo partire per Medjugorje.
Che Dio vi benedica sempre.
I had to make an outpatient visit and, not knowing the place, (I live in Versilia) they recommended the Pas. Excellent service, very good doctors and expectations are acceptable. They were also understanding since they made an appointment for me on a specific day knowing that shortly afterwards I had to leave for Medjugorje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito dei servizi PAS in più occasioni e posso dire che, a parte che una volta dall'otorino, ho aspettato un'ora e mezza, non c'è male. Però vorrei fare un appunto sulla tariffa del dermatologo. Mi sembrano eccessivi 50 euro per essere stata due minuti per far vedere dei nei. In alcune strutture "no profit" la tariffa dovrebbe essere adeguata alla prestazione, magari, pagando dopo.
I have used the PAS services on several occasions and I can say that, apart from once from the otorino, I waited an hour and a half, it's not bad. But I would like to make a note on the dermatologist's rate. 50 euros seem excessive to me for having been two minutes to show the moles. In some "non-profit" structures the rate should be adequate for the service, perhaps paying later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre tutte le visite che uno prenota vengono annullate il giorno stesso della visita o una settimana prima ma poi appuntamento successivo è dopo due mesi dalla data della vista presa mesi ptecedenti. Struttura disorganizzata ed incompetente
As always, all the visits that one book are canceled on the day of the visit or a week before but then the next appointment is two months after the date of the view taken months before. Disorganized and incompetent structure
