★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fissare un appuntamento con la mia dottoressa sono stata circa 30 minuti in attesa al telefono e questo non è un problema, visto il periodo che stiamo vivendo bisogna portare pazienza; il problema è che dopo tanta attesa, quando finalmente è il tuo turno, invece di rispondere ti riattaccano in faccia e questo non è professionale.
